New Purchasing Manager to Strengthen Operations.

As part of the ongoing phase two of its capital investment plan by substantiating its management ranks through the attraction of talent campaign initiated by Mr Frederic Kayrouz, General Manager, M-TEK has seen its management team yet once more strengthen by the arrival of a new talent to lead the buying and purchasing operations.

Having identified the overall growth achieved by M-TEK during its previous years, its proactive stance in meeting customers' requirements by allocating and sourcing the necessary requisites in order to commit its support to growing customers, , Mr Serge Mazur has accepted to join M-TEK in the capacity of Purchasing Manager .

With the primary focus to strengthen M-TEK 's global purchasing power and capabilities while ensuring the purchasing and full turnkey model remains attractive to the entire customer base with a specific focus on high volume specialised accounts , Serge will focus on organising, managing and maintaining the M-TEK central entity for the purchasing and procurement of all materials services and supply chain contracts through a systematic and cyclic review of all negotiated pricing and terms obtained from key suppliers. These tactics are part of the M-TEK strategic framework of an open book policy which highlights M-TEK 's commitment and support to its customers by protecting their interests through the implementation of key performance indicators and enforcing the pricing /quality policies as of when required.

Serge's experience in the electronic industry is one that is recognised by large multi-sited UK and European volume manufacturing outfits where he has managed vendor relationships and built effective supply chain partnerships which translated in a leaner purchasing and procurement operations and generated positive cost savings thus benefiting customers.
